Learn how juicing can be one of the greatest nutrition tools that you have. Juicing will help to alkalinize the body’s chemistry and support your body’s regenerative and eliminative systems. If used regularly and properly, juicing will make you feel better and younger than ever. We will cover the various do’s and dont’s of juicing. In addition, we will discuss combinations of fruits and vegetables and the benefits as well as the disadvantages of these. We will indulge in greens such as collards, chards and spinach, liver and blood purifying juices such as ginger, beet and lemon and the eye opening juices of apple and carrot.
